Morning Movement will happen every Wednesday, 10:00-10:45 am.
Rowan is one of the newest additions to our team. We are pleased to invite her to run these sessions with us. These sessions are fit for all levels of skill and fitness. Here is a little introduction as to what to expect:
My name is Rowan, the past couple of months I have been creating a workout routine that stretches your body, helps to build balance, and allows you to take some time to focus on deep breathing.
This workout can be done inside or out. If it is nice outside I will be taking it outside and you can join in your own yard, if you feel comfortable.
All you will need is:
- proper, comfortable runners or shoes that allow you some grip
- a wall to support a few moves
- a full water bottle
- and your beautiful smile
