Staff Meetings
You can click on the title of the meeting to watch the recording.
Staff meetings alternate Thursday evenings at 6:00 pm and Friday mornings at 9:00 am each month – see dates below. Participation in staff meetings is part of your job desription. They are paid. We post the schedule well in advance, so please make sure you book one date per topic, and plan to attend.
PLEASE NOTE: It is expected that you do the learning modules regardless if you can attend the meeting or not. Please send us your certificate when you have completed your training. You can claim your training time on your time sheet. Please only claim the amount of time you actually take to complete the module. Please note you can only claim a maximum of what the module states it will take (for example, you can only claim 3 hrs of learning for a module that is 180 min). Please only claim the time of completion once you have COMPLETED the course and sent us your certificate.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Please make a note in the notes section on the time sheet as to what training you have completed.
- Only training for staff meetings is paid, but we encourage you to take whatever other courses tickle your fancy. Please make note of professional development training you do in your own time in the notes section of your time sheet as well, so we can add that to our records. Accreditation and CLBC want to know how much training our staff take throughout the year.
