This is something Colton is really good at, and I'm happy to be someone to help him to do it, since we see each other at least twice a week.  This makes sure he doesn't continue to be isolated at home, which can be easy to do.  Twice a week we find an activity in the community, a movie, the mall, the bug zoo, etc, and simply go experience it and he seems to really be in his element in these moments.

As far as I know, Colton has one friend, a woman named Savneet  (also a bbcs client) who has similar interests.  Colton really loves getting together with her, and it's usually myself, Colton, Breony, and Savneet engage in lunch and an activity of sorts (museum, bowling, arcade, etc).  These interactions are highly beneficial for Colton as evidenced even by how disappointed he gets if for some reason it doesn't work out.  I hope that things continue on the same trajectory.

This is an ongoing challenge with Colton, being that he tends to have ideas that he gets loudly excited about without concern for whoever else is around.  In the simplest case they just turn their head and witness his momentary exuberance, but there have been a couple times when he's referenced to them an inside joke between him and I (the line in one of the spiderman movies, "SEE YA CHUMP.")  This is how we say farewell, we start off with see ya chump, and trade back and forth five or six popular lines from the franchise, then laugh about it.  But there have been a couple times when he's extended this to a total stranger (buying a ticket at the museum, the girl hands him the ticket, he takes it and says "see ya, chump!" before walking away.  I had to jump in hastily and explain to the girl that it was just an inside joke between him and I, and then go impress upon colton the importance of context and tactfulness, haha.  However these mishaps are microscopically small in the big picture, and although he can be a bit tunnel-visioned towards what he exactly wants to do sometimes, Colton is polite and considerate and friendly towards others.

No real highlights.  Colton and I have become "bros", he knows he can share the things he's excited about and I'll appear to be excited about them too, we watch movies and laud and joke and criticize with great fervor, and diving into things like this is where he's happiest.

I know that Colton doesn't have a classical "life plan" to work towards, he's just crusing through his life as best he can at pretty much the same level, and I think that as long as he stays happy and healthy, he doesn't necessarily need to "evolve" his life into something bigger than it is.  I would however point out that he has gained back maybe all of the weight he lost, so some encouragement to exercise and eat healthily is something I've been chipping at for a while now with fierce pushback, so not much progress there yet.
