Feb 6th- we headed out for a walk and a chat today. Anthony has a counselling appointment next week. He is positive about this. Then we went running a couple of errands. Anthony is bringing his book for his budget stuff for Wednesday. He is also open to trying the work link stuff again. We will email them together on Wednesday. 

Feb 8th/ we headed out to go for a walk downtown. This was nice. We went for lunch afterwards and had a fun chat with the server. Anthony was in a good head space today. We emailed work link and we looked at his budget also. 

Feb 13- we went to the pool today. We had a chat about getting his rec pass updated and will be doing that paperwork on Wednesday. We will also be emailing work link back. We will also be seeing Anthony’s counsellor. 

Feb 27- I offered remote support today. We had a chat over the phone and Anthony decided he wanted to work on exploring options in finding a new counsellor. Anthony is struggling to set goals for himself. We will talk at the next meeting to plan this out.
