SB and i havent really been able to see each other in the last month. SB will text me saying yes to a meet up the day before but would cancel or not answer my texts the of the meet. As well as no shows, SB has been showing manic behaviour by non stop texting paragraphs about his home life. It had become an issue so i mentioned it to management and they agreed that if he is not showing up, that we can support him via text messages. So since then, i have been trying my best to see him in person, but if i cannot, i help him via text messages. This has been going well and i will continue to do so.
