Aug 1. Picked up some items and had a visit Aug 3. Took over cigarettes.visit outside on patio..Aug 5..had a visit .we went around the neighbourhood for a walk in .she was in her wheelchair..Aug7..Took over Pop and chips .had visit in Rhondas room..Aug 10th.had visit outside on patio Aug 14 took over batteries for transistor radio..Aug 16th..got an advance from front desk to get more cigarettes as havent been reimbursed yet.Aug 18th took more cigarettes over..Aug 24th went over for visit.brought popcorn and chips.Aug26th took over cigarettes...Aug28th had visit outside on patio Aug31st

Rhonda has met someone else that she likes as she finds her partner to controlling..she is easily manipulated so I remind her that she should not give anyone her cigarette supply as it has to last her a week..Michele the social worker has made been able to up her supply a bit and give her an extra 40$ on Mondays so i can get extra for her..I have asked about getting her out more ie to petting zoo at Beacon Hill but she always says she will think about it.so will have to keep working on that.
