2nd Met with Aidan and went for lunch, We spoke of some things Aidan has been spending his time doing. Aidan is content with how his life is, he has some responsibilities and some freedom, but the support of family close by. Aidan is not interested in going out much and we struggle to find things he is interested in doing. Health and Mood are good.

4th Met with Aidan and collected the mail as well as did some shopping up Sooke before we had lunch. We chatted about event horizons and black holes. Aidan is in good health and his mood seems up. We chatted about possible things to do but the conversation didn't go very far. Aidan has a few things he likes to do and does not vary often from those things. Mood and health are good.

7th Met with Aidan and went up sooke for lunch, we did some errands and chatted about quantum relationships for Stellar engines. Aidan has a very vast knowledge of science, it is a tricky topic at times, however it can be very engaging for Aidan. We will continue to meet until the end of Nov. we will work on some new goals when I return.

9th Aidan and I went for lunch and chatted about possible things he may want to do next year, Aidan is content to continue with how things are going. He is open to trying some new things possibly. Health is good, mood seems mixed.

14th I met with Aidan today and we did our usual errands and lunch. after which we collected Aidans mail. today Aidan shared his Family Dynamics have changed and some room changes will be happening in his home. He will be moving into a smaller room without his own kitchen or bathroom, this will be shared now with the rest of the house, or rather Aidan will share with the rest of the house now. The room Aidan will move into was his choice and for great reasons. Aidan took the time to consider why he would want the room he chose; he considered his struggle with cleaning and clutter and access to the dishwasher. Aidans Family Dynamics change does not seem to be bothering Aidan, He expressed some changes that will occur with holiday visits and such, however Aidan said he isn't bothered by his parents choice to separate and is looking forward to some of the changes.  Aidan also mentioned he would not be checking things like lights and knobs as much as there will be less appliances around for him to worry about, Aidan spoke of the struggle with knowing he checked them already but not being able to resist the compulsion to check them again. I believe Aidan is looking forward to the changes. Aidan was very forthcoming with the conversation and eager to express how things will be changing and mostly positive things also.
